[Cooker] [DESKTOP] Improvements for MANDRIVA2006

I decided to start here a abstract of the wiki because i think discution would 
be  more rich here:

1-  New theme and icons for KDE and GNOME. Do you want to make a 
MandrakeGalaxy III competition?

or a least if someone can look at galaxy in order to fix all the "little" bugs 

2-  Integrate MCC and kcontrol in a unique interface

3- Change the default desktop to be more user-friendly for new users and make 
it look nicer (remove emacs button, fade applet handles, etc.)

in the same categories it would be nice too to use the latest icons for 
softwares like Kontact which is more beautifull

4-  Make a shortcut for media:/ in the desktop

For KDE because i can remember that gnome have this yet



Hope you will answer and this will be taken in consideration
