ImageMagick'd default font is not provided by the distro

in spec file:
--with-windows-font-dir=%{_prefix}/X11R6/%{_lib}/X11/fonts/drakfont/ttf

should use instead:
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF
