[Cooker] new rpm - GNU Triangulated Surface

Hi, I've dropped the src.rpm of GTS into the incoming ftp repository 
(gts-0.7.3.1mdk)

http://gts.sourceforge.net/

This library is used by 3D applications to deal with 3D surfaces meshed 
with interconnected triangles. It is a necessary dep for another package 
 I'm planning to make, K-3D, a 3d modeling tool.

Could someone upload it into contrib if the package is correct ?
