A few questions about xscreensaver: - Why are both xscreensaver and xlockmore required by gnome-panel? Perhaps we could choose one only of them? (xscreensaver seems to be the more actively maintained, and has IMHO more interesting screensavers). - Why was xjack removed from the package? - Why the matrix-like screensavers were moved to plf? (and starwars were not?) - The upstream method of packaging hacks seems to offer a much better maintenance cost and prevents errors. Any reason not to use it? (A modified version is used in the Conectiva Linux package and works quite well).
