Hi,
you can add into kickerrc
[KMenu]
KmenuUseMdvIcon=false

description:
It seems this is more of a feature then a bug. After reading around on bulliten
boards it seems I can work around this by going into my .kde director and naming
all copies of kmenu.png to menuk-mdk.png after I install the theme. I can
understand why you may want to make all themes installed as a default have the
same kmenu icon, but I don't understand why you change what kde looks for so
that a novice user cannot change it if he or she wants (and to waste the time
for experianced users who want to simply customize their settings). This kind
of annoyance will send people to other distributions.
