If you select a network in net_applet, there are two differents scenarii:
- if the network is already configured, it connects without asking any password
(using mandi to relay information to wpa_supplicant)
- if it isn't configured, it starts drakroam, asking the root password
(kdesu/consolehelper managed)
It's not perfect yet, it should present the drakroam configuration window
related to the selected network.

In drakroam (needs root password), if you click on connect:
- if configured, connecting automatically
- if not, presenting the configuration window for the selected network
