see :
- smart that can be used for Mandriva
- new theme for webmin ( taken from Connectiva one )
- ash static usage ( instead of previous mandriva one which was dynamic and 
way bigger )
- task packages ( task-kde, etc ... )
- usage of subversion and new build system for KDE packages ( testing 
actually )
