Not running full cooker, but I have rebuilt the following packages from cooker:
lib64kexif0-0.2.2-2.2006.SoS
lib64kipi0-0.1.2-2.2006.SoS
kipi-plugins-0.1.0-0.rc1.3.2006.SoS
digikam-0.8.0-4.2006.SoS

And the plugins all appear for me. I don't see a Tools->Album/Exporter option
but I do see a Album->Export option whcih lists Gallery/Flicr etc which use
Kipi. Also when I go to Settings->Configure digiKam and select the Kipi Plugins
option it finds 16 plugins....

So I say works for me, but not on full cooker like I say.
