I'm trying to make a custom installation DVD fro 2006.0 Community tree, which
contains some packages from PLF and some home-made and home-backported ones.
Now for some strange reason, some packages are not included in the DVD with
as reason "not selected". This is even the case for some packages which I
have given level 5 in the rpmsrate file. What could cause this problem, and
how would one solve this?

I'm using this command to build the ISO:
mkcd --discsize 4700m -i /mnt/archive/
-a /mnt/archive/ftp/Mandriva/2006.0/i586/ /mnt/archive/ftp/Mandriva/backports /mnt/archive/ftp/Mandriva/plf/
> ~/mkcd.log 2>&1

The error lines in the log look like this:
REJECTED master disc Cooker-download-Disc1 (1) 60839
amarok-engine-xine-1.3.8-0.1.20060mdk.i586 (not selected)

I'm doing this on an up to date cooker system with latest mkcd.

I have put the complete mkcd.log online on
http://users.telenet.be/fhimpe/cooker/mkcd.log
