[Cooker] 2007.1 Errata created

I have created the Errata page for 2007.1.

I copied over all the issues I am fairly sure are outstanding from 2007.
There's a disappointingly large number of these. In particular, I was
able to copy over basically the entire 3D desktop section, which means
we really haven't done much to improve what drak3d does. There are many
issues there which could be resolved by more smarts on the part of
drak3d.

It would be really nice to see all outstanding 2007.0 issues closed for
2007.1.

I will add new issues as they appear in the betas.
