Finally fixed in kernel-multimedia-2.6.17.14-2mdv and kernel-tmb-2.6.17.14-4mdv
just uploded to the buildsystem, and should show up in 2007.0 contrib/updates
within a day...

And the kernel-multimedia set will be uploaded to Cooker too...
