works very well. I even test it under gnome ;)
However, maybe the Nepomuk service should be started ( strigidaemon
and nepomukdaemon ). I test with Dolphin, and it failed to contact
Nepomuk. My goal is to allow people to use kde4 apps and also test
Nepomuk.
BTW, the GUI for search is still strigiclient ?

quick remarks :
   + kde4 is using single click. I noticed this when using dolphin.
Could you set de to use double click by default instead ?
   + Oxygen style is very buggy presently :( I do hope that some
corrections are done upstream about it and that you will be able to
integrate an usable version. This is especially visible for tabs,
seeing inactive tabs is hard.

concerning some third parties app :
   + amarok2 doesn't display track info ( artist, ... )
   + context view ( plasma ) doesn't work ( launched with k4 )
   + adding a collection doesn't work ( launched with k4 )
However I guess that theses amarok bugs are "normal" as this is beta software
