Ok, I've finally understood the ";" at the beginning of lines
for /etc/pulse/daemon.conf is used to comment line, just like '#' :(

Changing both lines fixes the big warnings about suid root and realtime
privileges but I still get two setrlimit errors for NICE and RTPRIO.

I've also tried really enabling autospawning by adding
autospawn=yes to /etc/pulse/client.conf with no success so far :(
