[Cooker] Cooker doc

Hi all

As we do believe documentation is part of general quality of our
distribution and also provides added-value, especially for beginners, we
have been thinking on the way we could improve current situation. We do
have quite a good documentation user can access through documentation
rpms but also as online help in installer and Mandriva tools. This is
the result for now of good work from Neodoc, our partner who releases
all this documentation and provide us translations.

The point is now to make this documentation more visible and profitable
for all Mandriva users, but also updated and translated in a larger way.
Another point would be to expand this documentation adding more topics
and updating obsolete, unmaintained chapters/manuals.

That's why we want to launch Cooker project for documentation. As we
have Cooker for distribution development, Cooker Doc will enable anybody
to contribute in very different ways: writting new topics,
improving/updating existing one, translating, proofreading, ... In order
to organize work we will create a redaction committee composed by
Mandriva, Neodoc and Community members. Neodoc will still have an
important part in releasing documentation, especially online one in
distribution. They will also have a major role in managing cooker doc
thanks to their experience.

If you are interested in such project then don't hesitate :) Please join
doc@mandrivalinux.org mailing-list for more information (registration on
https://ml.mandriva.net/wws/subscribe/doc). This is a project that just
begins, join the mailing list to participate to discussions, we will
soon update the wiki to take upcoming changes into account.
