[Cooker] Proprietary NVIDIA dropped support for non-SSE processors

Hi!

As of release 169.07, the NVIDIA drivers no longer work properly on
non-SSE processors (it was not mentioned in the changelog of course):

I suppose we have to use nvidia-96xx on non-SSE systems. The nvidia-96xx
driver supports up to GF7 and some GF8 models.

Now, this has to be implemented somehow in XFdrake.
