IMHO, bugs reported upstream should be kept open in our bugzilla,
since the bug is still present and not being discarded.
Marking the bug as RESOLVED helps forgetting it...

Couldn't we use a UPSTREAM keyword instead of marking the bug as
RESOLVED?
