You upload to ftp.mandriva.com/incoming (write access only, no read).
The discussion above was our guys talking about where we can actually
*find* the uploaded packages :)

it must be a .src.rpm, with your best effort to follow the Mandriva
packaging policies. a .tar.gz is useless, if you want something packaged
but don't know how to package it, file a new package request on
Bugzilla.
