[Cooker] Package move request: Xmetisse and Xgl

 Please move x11-server-xgl and x11-server-xmetisse to contrib.

 CC'ing cooker to also know if there are actually Xmetisse or
Xgl users.

 Xgl and Xegl are no longer maintained or developed, and
don't even compile for some time now in xorg's git master.

 Even with X Server 1.4 branch, apparently it doesn't compile
anymore, and could require a X Server 1.3 environment to rebuild.
