[expert] Convert/Import .wab files

Hey. My mom is a Windows user, and, due to personal reasons, i want to
merge his apps to linux. Firefox did it great for her, but i cant find a
single app that converts/imports .wab files (windows address book, for
those that dont know :p) to a suitable linux address book format.

Anyone knows an app that can handle this job??
