 If a file is missing on a mirror, smart stop all operations with a error
 message instead of continuing to upgrade the other packages. Since some
 mirrors are sometimes out of date, or badly synchronized, this can be
 annoying.

 here is a patch that add a option "continue-if-not-found", default to off.

 I tested it with upgrade --stepped, but i am not sure it would work the
 same way without this option.
