[smart] mirror selector for smart

Hi,

I wrote a small mirror selector for smart. It's written with python and
uses newt (snack) python module for the user interface.

It's currently limited to apt-rpm repositories with one component per
mirror. This is the first version so there may be other bugs too.

Mirror list format is similar to format that apt mirror-select.lua
script uses. Here's an example of a mirror list file:
http://www.tinysofa.org/download/apt/tinysofa-2.0-i586-mirrors.list .
