[Cooker] Mandriva Linux Assembly

Hi all

We are pleased to announce creation of Mandriva Linux Assembly. As
announced in december, the main goal is to create a committee  together
with developpers, users, testers, translators and Mandriva salaries to
improve our favourite distribution.
